Our staff is ready, willing and able to make your visit as pleasant and comfortable as it can be! We have been at this same location over 15 years and Dr. McDonald has been in practice since 1985. Our committment to you, the patient, will not be compromised.

Jan and Mary have the talents and attributes to guide our practice into the 21st century with their combined years of management services. They have each been with our practice for nearly 20 years and have seen many changes in health care delivery systems that have limited patient's choices. We strive to keep every patient educated and informed of insurance benefits as they might pertain to your surgery. We are able to file many insurance claims electronically, and have instituted online processing for many companies. We have in-house financing opportunities that we will be happy to discuss with you, but our main concern is patient welfare and education. We make sure you know what you need to know in order to make an informed decision regarding your surgery.

Our surgical team has assisted Dr. McDonald in thousands of surgical procedures, and can answer most of your quesitons regarding office procedures. They have had advanced education in anesthesia services and will help you to relax in preparation for your surgery. Surgical fees will be discreetly discussed with you prior to any surgery being performed to avoid any surprises. Your care and well being is our concern, and education is the key to your understanding of our surgery that will be provided in a stress-free environment.
Our entire staff works behind the scenes to make your visit to our practice as effortless as possible. Along the way we still say things like "Please", and "Thank You" - and we still answer the phone with a live person. You are our primary concern and we strive to provide excellent service throughout your surgical experience.
